In this workshop you will receive CPA's view into how to prepare budgets and income statement for your program. We will look into how to standardize financial and economic reporting making use of accounting programs such as Quick Books and Excel. We will discuss methods for strengthening economic and accounting controls in your program thus making your center run more efficiently. You are encouraged to bring copies of your program's financial statements or most recent tax returns for discussion.
